About these terms
These terms apply to every order placed at rasa.shop with RASA B.V., Keizersgracht 100, 1015 AA Amsterdam, the Netherlands. By placing an order you accept these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a price was clearly wrong, and will refund any payment in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in euros and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept card, PayPal and cash on delivery.
Delivery
We deliver to the countries listed on our Shipping & returns page. Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered.
Right of withdrawal
You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Because our products are food, this right applies only to items that are unopened and still sealed. See Returns for how to return an item.
Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Natural products vary in colour, texture and taste between batches. Check the ingredient list for allergens before use.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of your order, except where the law does not allow this, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, photos and logos, belongs to RASA or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
Governing law
Dutch law applies. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of that country. You can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
