Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.
Delivery times and costs

Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a working day are packed the same day.
Tracking
You’ll get a tracking link by email when your parcel ships. You can also check the status on our Track order page or in your account.
Cash on delivery
Pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives. If no one is home, the courier will try again the next working day.
Returns
Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Email [email protected] with your order number.
- We’ll send you a return label.
- Pack the items securely and drop the parcel at any post point.
Damaged or faulty items
If something arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours. We’ll send a replacement or a full refund, and you won’t need to return the item.
Refunds
Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving your return. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
