RASA B.V. (“RASA”, “we”) runs the online shop at rasa.shop. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Our address is Keizersgracht 100, 1015 AA Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

- Payment data: processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.

We process data to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations, on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and improving the shop, and with your consent for marketing emails and non-essential cookies.

How long we keep data
Order records are kept for 7 years to meet tax law. Account data is kept until you delete your account. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to processing or withdraw consent. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

We use encrypted connections, access controls and reputable providers to protect your data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be announced by email.
